Company Profile
ZLDC AUTO PARTS CO.,LTD.established in 2001, is a private joint stock enterprise in Shandong, China. We are specialized in producing cylinder block and cylinder head. The business includes research and development, manufacture（casting and machining), and sales.
Our company occupies an area of 230,000 square meters, including construction area of 99,000 square meters. We have an advanced static pressure auto molding line of cylinder block and cylinder head, and the annual output of casting is 100,000 tons. There are 13 cylinder block machining lines which include special and CNC machines. There are 8 flexible production lines for cylinder head consisting of dozens of CNC machines. The annual capacity is 400,000 pieces of cylinder block and 600,000 pieces of cylinder head.
There are 460 employees, and 120 of them are engineering and technical personnel. We have already obtained 4 patents of invention and 11 patents of utility model. The main advanced inspection and laboratory equipment include---- GLOBAL CMM, TRIMOS-V602C spectrometer，infrared absorption carbon - sulfur analyzer and airway test bed, etc. We have passed IATF 16949 international quality system since 2007. We are able to develop new products according to samples or drawing quickly.
Our cylinder block and cylinder head products are confirmed by Shandong Committee of Famous Brand Strategy as “Shandong Top Brand”. Trade mark “ZLDC” is confirmed as “Shandong Famous Trade Mark”. We are awarded “Top Fifty Foundry” companiy in Shandong Province.
Our products are consisting of four series--commercial truck，passenger cars，engineering/generators and agricultural machinery. We have developed over 100 models each for both cylinder block and head. We are the OE supplier for many diesel engine companies at home and abroad. Domestic OE business occupies more than 40% of the total output. The main clients include Weichai, Yuchai Power, Yunnei, Xinchai，Wuxi Kipor，Fujian Lijia，Huayuan Laidong etc. Our export products are suitable for engines of Cummins，Perkins, Fiat, Toyota, Isuzu, GM and Ford etc. Export OE and after market business occupies 40% of the total. Products of domestic after market are suitable for Cummins, Chaochai and Shangchai, which occupies over 20% of the total.
